Today I was joined by activists listening to residents in Bitterne Park. Many residents are tired of the poor level of council services from the Labour run council. Residents told me about grass being cut, but clippings not collected. Trees being neglected. Signposts not being repaired.
The Labour council has been in charge of Southampton for 11 of the last 12 years and residents are tired of the lack of attention and care from the council. Many residents said they will vote for me to try and bring some type of accountability to the council.
